Our Masterclass Conference series took us to Brisbane last month for our biggest ever Conference- way to go Queensland - next stop will be Melbourne in November. The Perth Program has now been released so check out the great line up of speakers coming to Crown Perth in February and we are busy putting the final touches on the brand new series for Sydney 2019. We have a heap of new networking events around the country being added to the calendar as we speak, so keep an eye on the networking events page under the member resources section.

How to build your confidence

Low confidence can impact your mental health, create a general sense of lack of control, and can cause you to miss out on opportunities that you may otherwise have stuck your hand up for. So what can you do to turn this around and build your self-esteem?

1. Acknowledge your strengths and achievements

Take the time to sit down and write out what you are good at, and your successes. Get a friend or family member that you trust to review this list, and make sure you haven't left anything off. With an outside perspective, they may surprise you with points that you may not have considered or seen. By monitoring progress and the areas you are strong in, you'll begin to build your confidence.

Vancouver International Airport's growing popularity among Australian business travellers as a gateway to North America received another boost recently following the launch of Air Canada’s non-stop Dreamliner service from Melbourne.

iFLY Perth and Executive Assistant Network came together to host the executive assistants on the 2nd of August 2018 for a night of drinks, nibbles and flying! We saw 30 odd EAs come in to network, socialize and take on the challenge of indoor skydiving for the closed private event.
