Our  brand new Conference Series titled - 'The Evolving EA - Innovative & Adaptive' kicks off in Sydney in 2 weeks and with Early Bird tickets just finishing this event will go down as our biggest ever for delegates. The Canberra program will be released in a few weeks closely followed by Brisbane and Melbourne - so stay tuned.  We recently had our diploma webinar info sessions which were very well received, hopefully they answered some questions for the many of you pondering whether to take the leap into attaining a qualification, just remember classes start at the end of this month so we recommend you act quickly to secure your spot in the class.

Improving your networking skills

Marnong Estate has appointed new Head Chef Adam Upton-Browning who has just launched his new menu encompassing the ethos of Italian and Australian fusion.

Hailing from England, Adam joins Marnong Estate after his most recent role as Head Chef at Second Home in Eltham, having previously worked with Hospitality One for 5 years as Head Chef at Leftbank and Executive Chef for Mrs Robinson and Henry and Fox before that.

Adam began his career in England and then moved to Melbourne where he worked as Chef de partie under Scott Pickett at the hatted restaurant The Point in Albert Park, and later furthered his career with Maurice Esposito as Head Chef at St Peter’s and Esposito at Toofey’s.
