The AI Deep Dive Lab hosted by Kim Seeling Smith
While Other EAs Are Still Googling Prompts, You’ll Be Running Entire Workflows
A live, hands-on 3-hour AI Deep Dive Lab where Executive Assistants stop “learning about AI” and start using it at a level that makes them genuinely indispensable — with real skills, real outputs, and a practical handbook you’ll use every week.
You’ve seen the landscape. This is where you build the capability.
In three intensive hours, you’ll go far beyond surface-level AI use and into the skills quietly separating indispensable EAs from roles being automated:
data-safe AI use,
advanced prompt engineering,
agentic workflows
and high-impact production skills.
You won’t just understand what’s possible — you’ll leave having built it yourself.
Not a Day Goes By Without a Headline About EAs Being Made Redundant. This Is Not a Drill.
Barely a week passes without a headline about another organisation restructuring its back office, cutting EA and administrative roles, and replacing them with AI-first workflows. This isn’t scaremongering. It’s the business section of every major newspaper — right now.
Dentons, one of the world’s largest law firms, didn’t adopt AI incrementally. They restructured their entire back office using an AI-first approach — eliminating the very roles that once required skilled, experienced support professionals. The World Economic Forum projects that 40% of jobs worldwide will undergo significant change by 2030. Atlassian cut 150 service roles citing AI efficiencies. Commonwealth Bank attempted to replace 45 call centre staff with a chatbot.
These are not distant warnings. They are case studies being written in real time, in organisations exactly like the one you work for.
And here is what makes this moment particularly uncomfortable for EAs: the role is in the crosshairs not because EAs aren’t capable, but because the tasks that make up the role — scheduling, correspondence, research, document preparation and travel coordination — are precisely what AI can now perform faster, cheaper and without a salary package.
The question is not whether AI will change what it means to be an EA. It already has. The question is whether you will be the EA who masters it — or the one who gets replaced by the one who did.
What this means right now
• Basic AI use is now table stakes — every EA has access to the same tools; what separates them is skill level.
• The EAs who remain indispensable won’t be doing what AI can do — they’ll be doing what AI can’t do without an expert human directing it.
• Data security mistakes made with AI can end careers overnight — and most EAs don’t know where the risks are hiding.
• Organisations are not waiting for their teams to be ready; the restructures are already underway.
Three Hours. Real Skills. A Handbook You’ll Use Every Week. No Going Back.
The AI Deep Dive Lab is not a lecture. It’s a live, hands-on session on Zoom where you build the advanced AI capabilities that permanently change how your executive sees you.
Wednesday, 5th August 2026 | 2.00 pm–5.00 pm AEST
This is not another overview. You won’t sit through slides explaining what large language models are or why AI matters. You already know why it matters. You’re here to get skilled.
In one intensive three-hour session, you’ll work with the tools, master the techniques and leave with outputs you built yourself — ready to use Monday morning.
What you will learn
Data Security & AI Know exactly what you can and cannot share with AI tools — and how to use AI safely with sensitive executive and board-level information without putting your organisation or your career at risk. This is not optional knowledge. It is survival knowledge.
Advanced Prompt Engineering Move beyond basic prompting to sophisticated techniques that produce outputs a junior staff member would take days to create — in minutes. This is where most EAs are still leaving enormous value on the table.
Agentic AI via Claude Cowork or Microsoft Copilot Cowork Unlock the most powerful capability most EAs don’t know they can access — true agentic AI that doesn’t just answer questions; it takes action, runs entire workflows and operates autonomously on your behalf. This is the skill that makes you look like you’ve cloned yourself.
Advanced Production Skills Build publication-ready infographics, audio overviews and explainer videos — the kind of high-impact output that positions you as a strategic asset, not a support function.
A Note on Tools — Why We’re Using Claude
This session is built around Claude — and here’s the honest reason why. Microsoft Copilot access varies enormously from one organisation to the next. It depends on which licence your organisation has purchased, what your IT department has chosen to enable and, frankly, factors that seem to change week to week. We have seen EAs in the same organisation have completely different Copilot experiences — which makes it impossible to build a consistent, hands-on training session around it.
Claude gives everyone in the room the same capability, the same experience and the same outcomes. No IT surprises. No “I don’t have that feature” moments mid-session.
You’ll need a Claude Pro account at approximately $30 AUD for one month — and we can say with confidence: you won’t regret it. The skills you build in this Deep Dive are directly transferable to Microsoft Copilot once your organisation grants you access to its advanced features.
Think of it this way: you’re learning the capability on the most stable platform available right now, so you’re ready to hit the ground running the moment Copilot catches up in your workplace.
Bonus — The AI Deep Dive Handbook: Yours to Keep
Every attendee walks away with a practical, ready-to-use handbook containing:
The Prompt Engineering Framework A repeatable system you can apply to any task, any tool, any day. You’ll never stare at a blank prompt box again.
3 Done-For-You Prompts Fully built, immediately deployable prompts engineered specifically for EA workflows. Implement them the same week and watch your executive take notice.
This isn’t supplementary material. It’s your cheat sheet for the weeks and months after the session — when the real compounding value of these skills kicks in.

Your Questions, Answered Honestly
I attended the free masterclass — do I really need this too?
The masterclass was the wake-up call. This is the training. The masterclass showed you the landscape and gave you an overview of what's possible. The Deep Dive Lab is where you build the actual skills — hands-on, in real time, with outputs you create yourself and a handbook you take home. They are designed to work together. If the masterclass resonated, this is the next logical step.
Is this worth the investment?
One question: what is your career worth to you? The skills in this session — agentic AI, advanced prompt engineering, data-safe AI use, high-impact content production — are what will separate the EAs who become indispensable from the ones who become a line item in a restructure conversation. One session. Three hours. A handbook you'll use for years. The early bird price is $250 + GST. The full price is $295 + GST. The cost of not adapting is considerably higher.
I'm not very technical — will I be able to keep up?
Yes. This session is built for working EAs, not AI engineers. You do not need a technical background — you need to be willing to try things, make mistakes in a safe environment, and build in real time. Kim has designed this specifically for capable, busy professionals who are ready to move from curious to genuinely competent. The last cohort rated the session 91% Engaging — including people who arrived feeling nervous about their tech skills.
What tools do I need — and will I have to pay for anything?
This session is built around Claude (claude.ai). We chose Claude deliberately — not because Microsoft Copilot isn't powerful, but because Copilot access varies so dramatically from one organisation to the next. It depends on your organisation's licence, what your IT department has enabled, and factors that seem entirely unpredictable. We have seen EAs in the same team have completely different Copilot experiences. That inconsistency makes it impossible to run a reliable hands-on session.
Claude gives every participant in this room the same features, the same experience, and the same outcomes — no IT gatekeeping, no missing features, no frustrating surprises mid-session.
You'll need Claude Pro at approximately $30 AUD for one month. We believe you won't regret it — and here's the longer-term payoff: every skill you build in this session transfers directly into Microsoft Copilot once your organisation unlocks its advanced features. You're not learning a workaround. You're building the underlying capability so you're ready to run the moment Copilot access opens up in your workplace.
Do I need to bring my own work documents to participate?
Not at all — and we completely understand why you might not want to. We provide a full set of sample assets for the session: practice documents, emails, briefings, and other materials that mirror real EA workflows without containing any sensitive or confidential information. You can work entirely with these throughout the session.
That said, if you do have work documents you're comfortable using, working with your own real materials often produces the most immediately useful outputs — and the data security module at the start of the session will show you exactly how to determine what is and isn't safe to use with AI tools before you share anything.
What if I can't make the live date?
A recording of the session will be available for you to utilise after the session. Alternatively, you can join the next session.
The EAs Who Come Out the Other Side of This Shift Will Have Made a Decision. Make Yours Today.
Three hours. Real skills.
A prompt engineering handbook you'll reach for every week.
Three done-for-you prompts you can deploy the same afternoon.
And the agentic AI capabilities that make your executive wonder how they ever managed without you.
The early bird rate — available exclusively to masterclass attendees — expires on Friday 31st August. After that, the price increases to $295 + GST and this offer closes.
This is a live session with limited spots. When it's full, it's full. When the early bird deadline passes, it passes. There are no extensions.
If you've read this far, you already know this is the right move. The only question is whether you make it now — or wish you had in six months, when the restructure conversation is already underway.
