A number of people have contacted us to advise that they haven’t been receiving our system generated emails like the newsletter, chat room updates or event notifications. Can we ask that if you have been in that situation, you please have a look in your junk email folder for emails with a @ExecutiveAssistant.com domain and then click on the Junk email option above in the menu followed by the Never Block Sender’s Domain option. Some others of you may need to ask your IT department to not block them at a firewall level. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but we have discovered that since changing our Domain name this has caused a few issues for people.
